Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all courses and services offered by CSE Pathshala, including Industrial Training for CSE students, Summer Training programs, live coding classes, hybrid computer science courses, self-paced programming courses, and other job-oriented computer science courses.

By enrolling in any course, you agree to this policy.

2. Course Enrollment and Payments

All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted unless otherwise specified. Once payment is successfully processed and access to the learning dashboard, coding labs, LMS, or course materials is provided, the enrollment is considered confirmed.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our online computer science courses with certificate and immediate access to proprietary content, course fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made due to a technical error
• Payment deducted but course access not granted
• Course cancellation initiated by CSE Pathshala

Any approved refund will be processed within 7–14 business daysthrough the original payment method.

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via the official email address within 48 hours of enrollment.

4. Cancellation Policy

Students may cancel their enrollment before course access is granted. Once login credentials are issued and access to course materials, recorded sessions, or live classes has been provided, cancellation requests will not be eligible for a refund.

CSE Pathshala reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course, live session, or batch due to operational reasons. In such cases, students may be offered:

• A rescheduled batch
• Credit for another course
• A refund, where applicable

5. Live and Hybrid Courses

For live coding classes and hybrid computer science courses, attendance is the responsibility of the enrolled student. Missing live sessions does not qualify for a refund. Recorded sessions, where applicable, will be made available as per course structure.

6. Certification Policy

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of course requirements. No refunds will be issued for failure to complete assignments, projects, or assessments.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to medical or exceptional personal circumstances may be reviewed at the sole discretion of CSE Pathshala management. Approval is not guaranteed and may require supporting documentation.
