These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the CSE Pathshala website, learning platform, and services, including Industrial Training for CSE students, Summer Training programs, live coding classes, hybrid computer science courses, and other job-oriented computer science courses.

By accessing or enrolling in any course offered by CSE Pathshala, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Eligibility

Our programs are primarily designed for engineering and college students seeking Computer Science training. By enrolling, you confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

3. Course Enrollment and Access

Upon successful registration and payment, students will receive access to the enrolled course through their dashboard. Access may include recorded lectures, live sessions, coding labs, LMS tracking tools, certifications, and resume builder services, depending on the course selected.

Access to courses is granted for the duration specified at the time of enrollment. Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments and Fees

All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. CSE Pathshala is not responsible for payment gateway failures or external transaction errors.

All fees are non-transferable unless stated otherwise in a separate refund policy.

5. Certifications

Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of course requirements, including assignments, projects, and assessments. As an ISO Certified Computer Science Institute, CSE Pathshala provides certification based on merit and participation criteria.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including videos, coding labs, study materials, assessments, logos, and software tools, is the intellectual property of CSE Pathshala. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or resale of any material is strictly prohibited.

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during live sessions, discussion forums, and interactions with instructors. Misuse of the platform, including harassment, abusive language, or academic dishonesty, may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

CSE Pathshala provides industry-oriented computer science training intended to enhance skills and employability. However, we do not guarantee job placement, internship offers, or specific career outcomes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

9. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course, feature, or service at our discretion. Updates to course content may occur to maintain industry relevance.

10. Termination
